Yes! We have a mailing list for fans. Even better, we’re going to start sending updates more than once a year.
And there are actually a few reasons for you to sign up:
- We plan to duct tape Jenny to her desk on a quarterly basis to write up a chock-full-o-stuff email newsletter, the appropriately titled Crusie Quarterly. In there you’ll find out about her current and upcoming books, where she’ll be appearing next, what’s going on in the world of Cherries, what she recommends for reading/listening/watching and a link to that quarter’s Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie (rarely seen excerpts and stories written by Jenny). It’ll be everything but the kitchen sink. You didn’t want her kitchen sink, right?
- We also plan to start sending out a more timely and smaller (yet just as important) news update called Crusie News. We’ll do our best to keep you up to date on Jenny’s upcoming appearances and book releases throughout the year no matter how busy she gets. We’ll also let you know when new pages have been newly posted to the site (great for those of you who are a little too busy or too lazy to check back often) so that you can come back and check it out with one click of a link.
- Although your snail mail info is not required to join the mailing list, we strongly encourage you to give it up. “Why?” you ask. Well, should we ever manage to get a snail mail newsletter in production (it could happen) you’d get that. Also with info like your city, state or country we can send out a quick notice that lets you know when Jenny’s going to be signing or speaking near you.
We may even take it upon ourselves to get some promo items made (again, it could happen). And then you’d automatically get FREE STUFF FROM JENNY! You’ll be letting us send some great flat (aka ‘mailable’) free stuff to your door. And yes, even the Aussies (and other international fans) would get something– we consider you well worth the extra postage.
